Jamie's Bio

Born Jamie Harvey Kennedy, 0n May 25, 1970, Upper Darby,
Pennsylvania. He attended Monsigner Borrer High Schoolin Drexel Hill,
where he was part of the bowling team. Ever since he was a child he
has been a joker, as director, Wes Craven, of "Screams 1 & 2, said,
between Jamie and Jerry O'Connell it was like a battle of wits.
Jamie moved to Los Angeles, when he got the part as an extra in
"Dead Poet's Society. Jamie figured that he could make a living as
a 'professional' extra, but it wasn't very easy. He didn't have
enough money to join, and had to work as a delivery boy. He did some
stand-up comedy in L.A., which has been featured on Comedy Central.
Jamie went on to do shows like "Ellen", "Unhappily Ever After"
and "Perversions of Science", but his 'big break' came when he scored
the role as Sampson in "William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet".
He is best known, at the moment, for his portrail of Randy Meeks,
in the hit movies Scream and Scream 2.
Both Scream movies were horror flicks, which is kinda ironic,
because he likes horror movies, his favorites are Nightmare on Elm
Street, The Exorcist, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Halloween, Rosemary's
Baby, and The Changling. But strangly enough it's life that gives
this sexy star nightmares.
