     Rick is a previous resident from Hamilton, Ontario, where he was a
student at St. Mary's high school and an honours graduate of Brock
University, Phys. Ed.  Before working at MuchMusic he delivered phone
books for $0.07 a book.
     Rick started his career at MuchMusic Canada in 1994, when he won 
the "Be A Temp At MuchMusic" contest.  He worked in almost every area 
of City/Much/Bravo! for two years, before coming a full-time V.J.  
Some of these jobs included rewindin tapes, answering phones, stuffing
envelopes, pulling cable, sweeping floors andworked as a unit 
assistant on FAX®.
     He has a brother Lawerence, who just became a father, making Rick
a new uncle to Giovanni Patrick.
